In addition to our milling, turning and component manufacturing we also offer a range of supplementary services often utilised by our clients.
For over 35 years we’ve specialised in machining, milling, turning and cutting all kinds of metal into all kinds of components. Sometimes though, some additional services we can provide come in useful to simplify the overall engineering process for our clients and we’re always happy to provide them as part of a complete package of services.
In-house CADCAM design service
We operate an in house design system which utilises CADCAM technology to enable fluid and fast progression from the drawing board to the component. Bring us basic concepts or develop the full project alongside our design team to gain the advantage of our 35 years of practical experience, guaranteeing you a trouble free manufacturing.
Coatings and specialist finishes
Through a variety of specialist partners we can arrange a diverse range of finishes and coatings for your components. From high grade polishes to simple powder coatings and practical finishes such as chrome plating or anodising to ensure a robust finished article that can withstand the worst possible weather and toughest treatment.
Prototyping and short runs
Unlike many manufacturing plants we’re more than happy to work on short runs or prototyping projects. Our experienced team can make fast work of set ups and preparations with our equipment so that costs are minimised even if you just want a few components run off for your team to look over, work with and improve.
Assembling machined components
As an occasional additional service we can also offer limited assembly of components and products which have been machined in our workshop. Sometimes filling an inconvenient gap in production; some items only require the most basic assembly to be completed after machining, and sometimes assembling for a smoother finishing process we’re always happy to make the process simpler for our clients
